Apartment Giuliana a San Pietro is located at 18 Via della Giuliana in the Prati district, just a few steps from the Vatican and the Ottaviano metro station. The apartment, located in an elegant 19th century building, is approximately 50 square metres in size and was completely renovated and modernised in August 2010. Although you have to go down a flight of stairs to reach the apartment, it does in fact lie on the ground floor. Furthermore, the apartment is relatively bright, as all the rooms are equipped with large windows overlooking a courtyard.
The apartment has one double bedroom, a sitting area with sofa bed (on request a single bed can be added to accommodate 5 persons), a kitchenette equipped with kettle, microwave, refrigerator, stove, toaster, etc, and a bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Other facilities at the apartment include heating, air conditioning, flat screen television with digital decoder and free Wi-Fi. Weekly cleaning and a change of linen (every 7 days) are included in the rates. There is a cost of 2.50 Euros per pair of hand towels, flannel and bath towel, per person.
